An experienced panel of horizontal directional drilling experts with several prominent underground construction companies shared challenges, concerns, frustrations, and optimist during a roundtable discussion held in conjunction with the Underground Construction Technology International Conference and Exhibition in January at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
